Initial situation

The innovative GENIE project aims to sensitise micro and small enterprises (MSEs) to the topic of intrapreneurship through training and self-developed tools.

Employees and management from MSEs are encouraged to develop new ideas, business and management processes, products and services through the potential of intrapreneurship. GENIE aims to use innovative training tools, solutions and content to improve the innovation and competitiveness of micro and small enterprises.

Project objective

• Improve vocational training provision with innovative content to develop entrepreneurship in micro and small enterprises.
• Improve the participation of MSE employees in the growth and competitiveness prospects of enterprises
• Development of concrete training opportunities
• Developing and delivering the GENIE tools to develop and implement intrapreneurship strategies and programmes.
• The GENIE OER platform makes intrapreneurship content, training and tools openly available for free and at any time
• GENIE has a strong gamification component based on innovative internal management models, human resource mechanisms, personnel and role-playing games
